Delivery and Returns
At EquiAmore, we carefully prepare every order to ensure your fragrance arrives in perfect condition. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and dispatched Monday to Friday via DPD. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details.

Customs & Duties (EU Orders)
Due to post-Brexit regulations, EU orders may be subject to import taxes and duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns Policy
We hope you love your EquiAmore products. However, if something isn't quite right, we're here to help. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, providing your product has not been used and remains filled to bottle capacity.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following criteria:
- Unused and unopened
- In original packaging
- Not damaged or altered
Non-Returnable Items
You cannot return a fragrance if:
- It has been opened or used
- The packaging has been damaged or tampered with
- It is a sale item
Returns Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at customercare@equiamore.co.uk with your order details and reason for return.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please email us with your order details and photos and we will resolve this as quickly as possible.
Sale Items
Items purchased in a sale are non-refundable.
